Fellow Christians who believe it is wrong to use a gun for self defense, even in home: consider this question?

Good question, I guess I would hope that they could resolve the issue without a gun, or violence. That being said, I wonder would I have blood on my hands if that person was shot since I did set the events in motion. An eye for an eye? I wonder what Jesus would do.
