Is it at times partially the wife's fault if a man cheats, because she's not taking care of business at home?

He is using his wife as an excuse because he wants extra marital affairs. Sex IS part of the relationship but it is not the be all and end all, there is much more to marriage than that, like companionship. My husband and myself don't have sex for months but neither of us want to go out and have sex with other people.
