How to plan out a healthy lifestyle?
I'm deciding to commit to a healthy lifestyle for my body and for my skin to make it clearer. I want to wake up and go to bed early and have a plan or a routine can anybody help me with a plan? like when to wake up what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner how to fit in my 8 glasses of water I usually drink, 20 minute total body exercise, and 10 minute yoga. 64 oz is 8 glasses of water and one water bottle is almost the amount of 2 glasses which I know. so can anybody help me plan this out? i would super appreciate it and best answer gets 10 points, all answers are appreciated :)
