Why am I not losing any weight anymore?

Because you are eating WAY Too few Calories. Your Body thinks you are starving it, so it is holding on to any fat you have left! Regardless if you are vegetarian or not, you need more calories than that. Your way isn't working either! So try the "Healthy" way, again. You need to shock your body into thinking you are eating again.
