Should i feel bad that my ex wants me back but have moved on?
In my experience it's called a "break up" because it's broken. With past boyfriends, if we did get back together after a break up, it didn't work out. You both say you will change and you are in this honeymoon phase after you reconnect. And then a few weeks or months later it's the same stuff all over again. Now that I have experienced the "real thing" i realize that I would never have to break up with my fiance to get a point across, or vice versa. In 3 years, we have had some fights, but neither of us has even slept over at a friends house because of a fight or actually ended the relationship. We have both agreed if we ever break up, it's for good. It would take a really good reason for me to break up with my fiance. It sounds like you had a good reason to leave him. Just let it be. YOu don't have to have a new boyfriend to say "I am happy how things turned out. I don't want to date you." Thats a good enough reason. You owe him nothing. He needs to learn a lesson and apply it to his next relationship.
