I Live with My Mom is unwilling to try and better our relationship. HELP!?

I Have always had a rough relationship with my mother and now that i moved back home after school (her idea) i am soo stressed out. shes always mad and we fight almost everyday ...she blames me for anything and refuses to change or accept responsibility for our problems. i was away at school for 3 years, i am 21 now and she still treats me like a child, i have to ask her permission to go out etc. she also puts alot of household responsibility on me , which i am fine with ..but she then acts as if i dont help or do anything at alll. ive tried talking to her many many times over the last few years and she refuses to try and work it out etc.. i could write a novel on the subject. but the main issue is i am soo stressed and i dont know what to do.. PLEASE HELP ME
