Why worry about those that don't want to work?

We have around 2.5 million people unemployed, so let's say 80% of these want to work and 20% don't. There aren't enough jobs in this country to employ anywhere near the 80% of people that want to work, so why try and force the 20% who don't want to work, into work? If 10 people went for a job and 8 of them wanted the job and 2 didn't, why try and force it on the 2 that didn't want it?, this would benefit no one. An employer would have an unwilling worker, the person that wants a job would still be jobless and either way, just as many people would be claiming benefits. There is no doubt we have a certain amount of people in this country that are quite content to live on benefits. Many of these people live week by week, no holiday, no car, living on basic foods and have none of the nicer things in life that money can bring, but they are content to be that way. So why force them to take a job, when it will mean one less job for someone that really wants one? Surely we should be doing our best to first get those into work who want to work, then if their are any jobs left over, laws we already have can be used to make those that don't want to work take them. Some might say that there are people in this country that get a huge amount on benefits and should be made to work, but if these people worked then they wouldn't get a job that paid the amount they get, so it would still be topped up by the government. I have worked most of my life, but have spent some time unemployed and I didn't like it one bit and I suspect most people feel this way. How to get rid of the school's domain off my laptop?

Tomato paste based marinara sauce?

An Italian girlfriend of mine made marinara (pasta) sauce that she calls a "base". She used about a 15 oz can tomato paste and three cans (used the same can) of water - put all into stock pot. Cold Water Extraction didnt work?

Okay so I had 12 vicodin and no longer had anymore jaw pain (had wisdom teeth pulled) so I decided to take advantage of what I had in front of me. Concidering that I didn't want to just down 6000mg of acetaminophen and severely damage my liver and only wanted the 5mg of hydrocodone per pill I looked online and found the cold water extraction technique. I crushed the 12 pills and put them in about 2 oz of warm water and stirred it for about 2 minutes. After wards I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Took the liquid and strained it through 2 coffee filters into a clean cup. That of which I drank and threw away the remains. Dissapointaly I still haven't felt one thing and its been two hours, which by now I know for a fact that I wont feel anything. Why didn't this work? It was 60mg of hydrocodone and I haven't taken more than 2 of these pills at a time. The water looked like a slight milky haze and tasted very sour, made me have a discusted look on my face. My nose is now started to itch severely so could it be that I have an extremely high tolerance?

I just went threw a very rough break up with my girlfriend. After an argument a few weeks ago, she suddenly decided to give me the cold shoulder forever. Ignoring all of my calls and requests to get my property back from her. IE - Laptop, suits , clothing, stuff of mine that was laying around her house. You see, we had an argument at a party. Her sister got involved, and told her to leave me apparently. So I have heard from neutral friends. Well , I contacted the Police and told them that she is not responding or answering my calls to get my property back. They told me to leave her a voice mail saying I'm getting the police involved if she doesn't call me back. So I do so. Then my girlfriend, of 3 years, decides to send me an email saying she will basicly rat me out about things I have told her that I have done at work. Not to say these things are illegal , but basically confidential stuff that , that goes on at every work. She Emailed me saying " oh really, is this about really about ------------------- that you told me you were involved with at work? Is that what this is really about? The fact that I'm aware you did those things, go head get the police involved, I will tell them about you"..... Is that considered blackmail? I mean the things I told her were not unnecessary illegal , but merely unethical things I've had to do here and there to get the job done. So now, basicly, she's threatening to go to the cops and tell them those things about me, Simply because she does not want to, or is unwilling to work with me to get me my things back.

I've been focusing on things like this recently, and it has come to my attention that I seem likely to have O.C.D. The first instance of O.C.D like behavior I can remember is from when I was a little child. When I would ride in the car I would always look out the window, and watch the objects. Then I would count them. While others were talking to me during this I would count every word they said on the objects going past me and if their sentence didn't work out to be totally even I would break things up, clump things together, add in, or take out words. This really interfered with my listening, and by the time I noticed I was doing this it had been a few years and I found it difficult to stop. I still do this sometimes. Then once I had, for the most part, corrected this annoying error I began to grind my teeth to the syllables of things others said to me, and occasionally to what I said as well. Then began my germ phobia. It was completely unreasonable, and yet I still have it for the most part. I felt that everything was dirty, my own hands were always dirty, etc. If something were to compromise the cleanliness of a surface, even after it had been properly cleaned and relentlessly disinfected, I would feel that the germs were still there and it would, in my mind, render the object untouchable/unusable. I would wash my hands five or six times and always up to my elbows (sometimes higher) after little things like using the restroom, touching a remote control, touching a counter top, having used cleaning products on something, etc. Occasionally I find myself afraid of having picked up germs from an object I merely saw or considered touching, but did not so much as get near it. For a short period of time I found myself unwilling to touch my food, as I believed my hands would compromise the foods sanitation. So, I ate everything by picking it up with my mouth or a utensil such as a fork rather than my hands. This went even for potato chips or french fries; even a banana (very difficult). I eventually overcame this by washing my hands multiple times before I ate anything. I find I believe everything to be dirty. I re-wash dishes before I eat off of them even when I take them out of the dish drainer and they've only been washed moments before. Also, I am somewhat of a slob. But then I find after the room being messy only for a few minutes due to my slob habits that I go into mad Nazi-cleaning mode. I vacuum and dust and polish and organize and sort through and throw away. I even organize my clutter to be arranged in what I find to be a more appealing manor. As far as my personal hygiene, when I first get in the show I wash my hands with soap before I begin washing myself. Then after washing myself I was my hands with soap again. This keeps going on until I'm finished with my shower. This could just be my anger issues, but I get angry at myself for doing something wrong, even the slightest thing (for example, using an abbreviation that is for the most part useless), and find that I have a sort of compulsive need to fix the error, whatever it may be. This also comes in to play with my grammar, as I'm sure you have noticed. The slightest spelling mistakes make me freak out. Also, in a subject that I feel I'm right on, I absolutely REFUSE to allow someone to tell me otherwise. I am wholly unable to take criticism, even if it is constructive. Also, sometimes I feel a random need to get up and pace. I can pace for hours upon hours while not feeling like it has been more than five minutes. If for some reason I am unable to pace around I get this odd feeling, as though I literally need to be doing it, as though it were important and absolutely imperative that the task was performed. Also, as I'm sure of you have read, I have self-harmed (mostly in the past, I've been trying to quit) and each time I did so I always left three cuts/burns/bruises. Although this may not tie in here, as I created something for each to stand for (1: Punishment 2: Control 3: Clarity). Often times I find myself (unjustifiably) feeling absolutely superior to those around me. As though I can grasp things they cannot. In groups I feel that I have to be the one to do all the work as I'm the only one who can perform the task given correctly. I realize the others are capable of doing just as well as I, and possibly better, but I cannot help but feel otherwise. I also think I'm paranoid. This is due to the fact that on more occasion than one I've wondered whether or not someone was watching me; this occurs when I am completely alone. Sometimes I feel the need to correct my thoughts so that they might be appropriate in the event that anyone around me could somehow read minds. I also find when I'm at home I am extremely suspicious of my mother. She does not trust me and I find that I sometimes feel as though she may have installed cameras to watch me. I will admit to literally looking into things searching

Greek Mythology question!! please help!?

Ok well Dionysus is the god of wine(or grape harvest. whatever:P) and Demeter is the goddess of the harvest and fertility of the earth. They are different from the other olympians because they are known as mankind's friends. They are similar to one another for the obvious reason that they are both part of the harvest. They are different because well i guess Dionysus is grape harvest and Demeter is more of the harvest in general! :)

Hydrocodone cold water extraction didn't work?

Okay so I had 12 vicodin and no longer had anymore jaw pain (had wisdom teeth pulled) so I decided to take advantage of what I had in front of me. Concidering that I didn't want to just down 6000mg of acetaminophen and severely damage my liver and only wanted the 5mg of hydrocodone per pill I looked online and found the cold water extraction technique. I crushed the 12 pills and put them in about 2 oz of warm water and stirred it for about 2 minutes. After wards I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Took the liquid and strained it through 2 coffee filters into a clean cup. That of which I drank and threw away the remains. Dissapointaly I still haven't felt one thing and its been two hours, which by now I know for a fact that I wont feel anything. Why didn't this work? It was 60mg of hydrocodone and I haven't taken more than 2 of these pills at a time. The water looked like a slight milky haze and tasted very sour, made me have a discusted look on my face. My nose is now started to itch severely so could it be that I have an extremely high tolerance?

... I don't think so. The Romans make you not want to fight for them. Everyone needs a little break, especially if you're a demigod. We have to fight for our lives, and camp is supposed to be a fun, safe way to do that. The Romans are too harsh, but Chiron gets it. Because you are eating WAY Too few Calories. Your Body thinks you are starving it, so it is holding on to any fat you have left! Regardless if you are vegetarian or not, you need more calories than that. Your way isn't working either! So try the "Healthy" way, again. I'm deciding to commit to a healthy lifestyle for my body and for my skin to make it clearer. Liquids in a carry on?

Okay, so I'm going to be traveling on a 10-hour flight for the first time. I need to bring Vaseline (for my lip rash) in my carry on. The Vaseline is 1.75 oz. I know that the rule is that all liquids must be under around 3.4 oz and it must be in a clear, 1 quart sized ziplock bag. Do i have to take out my Vaseline and show it to them when they are about to x-ray my carry on? Or do i just leave it in there and say nothing?

Chrion seems to be a little too good to be perfect, he tries to protect Percy but he doesn't seem to mind if anyone else gets hurt along the way. Question about the bladder?

I got diagnosed with 1 ruptured ovarian cyst, two 3 cm cysts, and several small ones on my right ovary that are leaking blood. Aside from all that, now I am having trouble going to the bathroom. I literally have to think about peeing and concentrate on pushing out the urine. I drank about 5, 20 fld. oz of water and several other drinks and didn't have the urge to go to the bathroom at all, but when I do go it's annoying to have to think about trying to get my body to pee. Usually peeing is brainless and I can be half asleep and go pee and go back to bed. So I am wondering if the cysts can be putting pressure on my bladder thus making it hard for me to pee? My baby was breastfed for the first 2 weeks of life, but I had a very difficult birth and had a hard time feeding her, so I bought a hospital grade Medela pump, and began to exclusively pump from there. My baby is now 4 months old and I'm starting to lose my milk supply! I used to pump a good 8 oz every 4 hours, now i'm pumping every single hour and a half for about 20 minutes (pumping both at a time) and when it comes time for her to eat, i'm always almost always half ounce short (she eats 4oz), or sometimes worse. I had to give her 2 oz of formula a few days ago because I simply was not making the milk. I was told by a nurse to try breastfeeding, so I have been trying for about a week, but my baby is just not having any of it. She cries every time. So I bought a nipple shield hoping it would be a bit more like the bottle, and she cries less with that, but still isn't interested. I've also been using bottles that are more naturally shaped in hopes that this would help her breastfeed again. I don't know what to do! I've been eating a lot and drinking SO much I feel like i'm going to explode. What can I do to get my milk supply back up? And why is it so low now? I know of a pill that has a possible side effect of increased milk supply, anyone had any luck with that? Anything herbal? Thank you!!!

Hi everyone. When my daughtr was born on Friday she weighed 6 lbs 15 oz. Today, when I went in for her first check up, she weighed in at 6 lbs 2.8 oz. And her bilirubin levels were elevated, around 15.9. Currently I'm using the phototherapy blanket at home, but I'm also concerned about her weight loss. They want me to supplement with formula every three hours, but she has been hard to wake up since we got home today and I've tried most techniques for waking up babies. She wakes up briefly then falls right back to sleep. Normal of a 3 day old? I'm not seeking any rude comments, but advice from other moms who may have experienced this themselves and how things turned out. I'm very concerned...how worried should I be? Thanks

When i pump my breasts am i suppose to give everything i pump out to my baby?

This may sound dumb but I have no idea if my baby is over eating or isn't getting enough. This is my second baby and I did breast feed my 1st but I hardly made milk so I gave her formula most of the time plus she didn't latch on. With my son which btw is 3weeks today did latch on and I pump and also give it to him in a bottle. The thing is when he's latched on idk how much he's drinking and he's not one to let me know when he's full he just continues sucking using me as a pacifier :\ at night its a nightmare I feel like he wakes up constantly to eat! He usually eats 3 or 4oz of breast milk and if I can't breast feed him in public I give him 3 oz of formula. How much am I suppose to give him (breast milk) am I suppose to give him everything I pumped out from both boobs or just one every 2 or 3hrs?

I was having problems reinstalling some programs earlier, because my computer thought they were still installed, so I removed them using Windows Install Cleaner. They were the only programs that I touched. I was then able to reinstall AutoCAD, after cleaning my registry using Glary Utilities. I thought that my computer was working perfectly fine, until I opened Microsoft Word. When I opened the program, some sort of program popped up and started doing something, with a green loading type bar, and all I caught were the words install and configure. Word then closed, and now it seems to have uninstalled AutoCAD and and Microsoft Office 2010. My computer also seems to be unwilling to connect to the internet. I ran a check with Glary Utilities which showed no spyware, and I cannot run a Trend Micro security check since I cannot connect to my home wireless network. Luckilly it only seems to have affected my programs and my Internet, but my personal files seem to be intact. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to open my restore partition? Please help! I need medical advice and I don't know where to start?

3 weeks ago my doctor prescribed me Flagyl to cure bacteria in my body. After I finished the week prescription, I got a yeast infection. Last week I treated that and 3 days later I got a UTI. I have had it since Sunday. Monday I got a sinus infection and today I started my period. I am not a happy camper. I have had 2 liters of cranberry juice since Sunday, 32 oz of OJ, and lots of water.
