7 weeks pregnant, constantly tired work are unwilling to accomodate me..where do i stand?..?

My work was the same until I brought in a Dr. note, they weren't too happy but they also didn't want to get in trouble either. But then after the Dr. note I was always stuck doing the really shitty jobs like organizing and cleaning. So it was a damned if I do damned if I don't situation.
