Help! Family member feeling left out?

My husband's youngest son (he's not my son) was always breaking the rules and sneaking out to go after some female so my husband sent him to a camp to help out with the young ones to help him clean his act up and also has he has a drinks problem my husband hopes he will dry up while he is there.
